About
Ellerdine Village Hall is managed and run by volunteers from the local community. The village hall is a registered charity and has no council funding, or other similar funding. Maintaining and running the village hall is reliant only on the income received from bookings and hiring of the hall, and from income that is raised by organising fundraising events ourselves.
We are really keen to ensure that Ellerdine Village Hall is well used and remains as a vital asset in our rural community for all local residents, and this can only happen with your support!
Our vision is to provide an active, warm and welcoming community facility where people can meet, interact and participate in a wide range of social opportunities.
Our aspiration is to engage with, and be responsive to, the needs of the local and wider community and provide a safe, accessible venue to encourage community cohesion.
Our mission to is to develop the provision of Ellerdine Village Hall, playing field and surrounding grounds as a first choice venue and facility for recreational, sporting, social or business opportunities for the benefit of local residents, organisations and businesses.
